About Me

Tools strewn about a desk with a leather cup full of pens and tools the focus of the composition

I make things.

I love making things.

Whether I am making things out of leather, building a guitar amp, or writing a story, no matter how difficult the project is, the sense of satisfaction when I've made something is indescribable.

Before discovering leatherworking, I dabbled in Photography and Filmmaking during my High School years. But, as life moved on, I moved away from the arts. It wasn't until years later, I decided to go to Rio Hondo Community College for Studio Arts. There, I learned to paint and tapped back into my creative. I eventually transferred to UC Irvine where I majored in Art History.

However, right before starting at UCI the Covid pandemic hit...

Like many others, I felt the extra time in quarantine was the perfect time to explore new skills. This is when I picked up Leatherworking.

It was pretty rough in beginning...

But, with time I eventually got better.

I opened my little shop, so that I can continue to get better at this wonderful trade. My goal is to sell fun, colorful Leather Things that you will have pride in and enjoy carrying with you everyday. Each piece that I make gets 100% of my attention, effort, and love. They may not be perfect or pristine but they will be made by hand and have a piece of my soul.
